Need to get in touch? Tweet us a Tweet!

In the last couple of years, Twitter has exploded in popularity. Everyone from Stephen Fry to MC Hammer has fallen victim to the micro-blogging bug and the amount of people actually registered is edging ever closer to 200 million.

We here at JustGiving are big fans of the Twittersphere, and want to use it to improve the quality of service we provide to you; our cherished fundraisers, donors, sponsors, and of course our lovely charities.

You can follow us here @JustGiving.

Support

Our support team is now dedicated to listening and responding to your queries and comments on Twitter. Maybe you need a little help getting started with your fundraising? Or perhaps you want to give your fundraising page a bit of a make-over and you could do with some advice? Even if you’re completely new to the site and just want to know how it all works. Whatever your query, we’re happy to help and Tweeting us is a quick and easy way of getting in touch with someone from our support team.

Charities: we are also here for you, so why not try dropping us a Tweet if you have any queries or comments on your side?

Just include the hashtag #JGhelp in your Tweet to get our attention.

Feedback

Are you having issues with the Facebook app? Do you absolutely love the iPhone app? Would you like to see a particular feature included in our next innovative product? Can you guess what to do? Tweet us @JustGiving!

Anything else!

We love hearing about the weird and wonderful things that you all get up to in the name of charity so keep us updated on your progress. We know that our community is full of fundraising stars, so do share with us your fundraising tips and words of wisdom, and we’ll pass it onto our 6,500+ strong community!
