With the Easter weekend coming up, we thought we’d let you know when you’ll be able to catch our support teams in the office.
Both the community and the charity support team will be enjoying the bank holiday on Friday and Monday. However, Saturday and Sunday is normal opening hours and our community support team are available between 9am and 5pm.
Everyone will be back in the office from 9am on Tuesday 10th April.
If you’re in need of some help and we’re not available to take your call, try our online help. Whether you’re a fundraiser or donor, or you work for a charity, you can find thorough, clear answers, right when you need them, 24-7.
