JustGiving on your mobile

One thing that we’ve noticed about our community is that you guys love using your mobile phones. So much so that this year, nearly 10% of JustGiving’s traffic has come from mobile devices. That’s why we thought we’d make it as easy as possible to support the causes you care about via your mobile. So, when you visit the site on an internet-enabled mobile phone (such as an iPhone, Android or Blackberry) you will see “mobile versions” of key pages that make them super easy to read.

Finding a friend to sponsor or a charity to support truly has never been easier. Whether you’re on the train home, or you’re waiting for a friend in the cafe, you can now make a donation through JustGiving just like you would if you were at home in front of a computer.

When you visit the site on your mobile phone, you’ll see something a little like this, enabling you straight away to find exactly who or what you’re looking for on the site.

Once you’ve found them, a click of Donate now and you’ve started the donation process.

You’ll then be able to make a donation right there and then, quickly, easily and securely on your mobile phone using a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. In fact, if you have a PayPal account, JustGiving on your mobile also incorporates PayPal Mobile Express, making it even simpler. It’s JustGiving, but on the go!

loving the mobile friendly look. However couldn’t donate with it last night. No “forgot your password” option. Surely I am not the only one who uses this as a standard way to login to sites that only use occasionally?
