    Hi Robert,

    I’m running for the RNIB at London as well. Good look with raising your target and might meet you on the big day.

    Hope your training is going OK. I was doing great until last week when I picked up a problem with my hip. Hope to be back in the road very soon !

    Not really. Just in case you actually thought it was me!

    I am a massive fan of FOTC however, with the old Bowie melody and Ladies of the World being my personal favs.
