We’re very excited to announce that the new JustGiving Facebook app (beta) is live!

Over 500,000 of you added our old app and used it to share your fundraising with your Facebook friends, so we can’t wait to see what you make of the new app.

We’ve significantly improved the functionality, but – and here’s the important bit – we’re releasing it as a beta version because we’re also really interested in hearing your feedback as to how we can improve it further.

So add the app, ‘Like’ it, have a play around and let us know what you think on the Wall of the app fanpage.

Please note that the app only works with pages on www.justgiving.com. If your JustGiving page is on original.justgiving.com or a site custom built for a charity, for example www.raceforlifesponsorme.org, you can still download our original Facebook app here.

What’s new?

• Create a version of your JustGiving page on Facebook
• Both you and your friends can add comments and photos to this version of your page
• Add a light version of your JustGiving page as a tab on your profile
• Add a JustGiving badge to your profile
• Share your page by posting it to your profile and therefore your friends’ News Feed
• Send your page to your friends as a private message
• Anyone can follow your page, they don’t have to be a Facebook friend
