What a year it’s been – and it’s just halfway over!

2024’s already seen the record-breaking 2024 London Marathon, the biggest London Landmarks Half Marathon ever, and so many more exciting fundraising events.

And we’ve been busy the past few months working to make event fundraising event even simpler to help your charity drive donations around the year, and around the clock.

Here are our recent updates, from an exciting new integration to the incremental optimisations that all add up to drive big impact: (click to jump to each section):


JustGiving x Let’s Do This integration


Our new integration with Let’s Do This enables your charity to acquire new supporters with no extra effort on your part.

  • As the UK’s largest registration platform and marketplace for endurance events, Let’s Do This puts your charity in front of thousands of potential new supporters.
  • For the first time, participants in over 500 UK fitness events without charity programmes can easily start fundraising for any charity on JustGiving in a few clicks.
  • Participants simply choose a charity of their choice when registering on Let’s Do This and get their own JustGiving Fundraising Page created automatically.

Team Pages

Page optimisations


  • AI-powered Story Enhancer now available for fundraising Teams to help review and rewrite their fundraiser stories.
  • New ‘Create a Team’ and ‘Join a Team’ onboarding journeys during signup.
  • New customisation options to align with those of Fundraising Pages.
  • Dedicated In Memory fundraising for teams of fundraisers, relaunched as Team Tribute Pages.

Team Tribute Pages


We’ve renamed In Memory Collection Pages to Team Tribute Pages, and now they offer the same special page creation, customisation, and admin experience as other pages on JustGiving.

  • Team Tribute Pages work the same way as In Memory Collection pages and showcase team members raising money for a shared cause or charity in memory of a loved one.
  • Fundraisers get the latest features available for other Page types, including the ability to customise their Page’s Cover and Story through the new page admin.
  • Your charity’s reporting won’t be impacted, as data from both In Memory Collection Pages and Team Tribute Pages will remain within the same reporting fields.
  • In Memory Collection Pages with only one Fundraising Page connected to them will become a standalone In Memory Fundraising Page.

Campaign Pages

Enhanced Campaign Page design


We’ve refreshed and organised the Campaign Page design for better readability and personalisation. These updates all add up to a much-improved experience for supporters visiting Campaign Pages.

  • Cleaner, brighter page background to matching the Fundraising Page design.
  • Readability enhancements across the entire page.
  • Better personalisation with customised icons in Supporter List.
  • ​Improved charity information layout in Footer section to give your charity story more visibility.




One of the top ways people find fundraisers on JustGiving is by searching for them on the We have made the search bar more prominent on the JustGiving homepage, which has already led to 5% more searches, plus a subsequent rise in donations to charities.

Improved fundraiser journey


Fundraisers can start raising money faster and easier, right from the JustGiving home page, with improved guidance and information specific to their region to inspire and motivate.

Donations & Receipts

PDF Receipts


Donation receipts will now be issued as downloadable PDF files for improved charity compliance and a better donor experience.

  • Logged-in donors and guest donors will receive a link to their downloadable PDF receipt via email, following a successful donation.
