Improving your fundraising knowledge shouldn’t feel like hard work. So we’ve reorganised and expanded our entire charity resource library to make it easier for your team to learn, grow, and raise money with confidence.

Fundraisers who connect a fitness app raise 31% more on average: a stat that matters even more in event fundraising season, when thousands of fundraisers are logging miles and trying to boost their donations.

But one of the biggest challenges for page owners is knowing what to say, and when.

We’re making this easier with a fresh email series built specifically for fundraisers taking on fitness challenges! It recommends the most impactful actions at exactly the right moments, while giving fundraisers milestone content they’ll genuinely want to share with family and friends:

Fundraiser dashboard (in testing)

Fundraisers create their pages with great intentions but don’t always know what to do next.

JustGiving’s new Fundraiser Dashboard is designed to help your supporters easily see their impact, their next steps, and how to get the most out of their pages!

Fundraisers will be taken the Dashboard straight after creating a page, or when they select Manage page. From there, they’ll see:

  • A friendly, personalised greeting
  • Clear progress towards their fundraising target
  • A message from your charity you can add to say thanks and reinforce their impact
  • Simple next steps, like sharing their page
  • “Fundraiser essentials” – quick actions proven to help raise more
  • Helpful tips and guidance to get the most out of their page
  • Clear routes to support and resources, if they need help

The new dashboard is currently in testing and rolling out in a phased release. We’ll share more updates as it evolves and becomes available to more fundraisers.

The Fundraiser Dashboard gives fundraisers a simple overview of their progress and what they should do next.

Revamped Donations view for fundraisers and crowdfunders

With a clearer and more intuitive view to manage, and interact with their donations from one place, we’re keeping fundraisers and donors motivated towards their goal

Page Admins will now see…

  • A dedicated “See all donations” view to explore full donation history
  • A snapshot of their most recent donations
  • A streamlined flow for adding offline donations (Fundraising Pages only)
  • An improved “Thank your donor” experience for Crowdfunding Pages
  • Foundations laid for future enhancements, including search, filters, and improved message visibility
The redesigned Donations view makes it easier for fundraisers to see all their recent donations at a glance.

And if the donor’s chosen to share their email address, fundraisers and crowdfunders can still send custom thank-you messages, right from their Page Admin!

Fundraisers and crowdfunders can easily customise and send thank-you messages straight to their donors.

All these are designed to make fundraising simpler, clearer, and more effective, whether you’re wearing every hat or supporting thousands of fundraisers at scale.
